WASHINGTON, June 16 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced $28,896,352 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for eight Head Start and Early Head Start programs in West Virginia.
