HARTFORD, Connecticut, June 14 -- Gov. Ned Lamont, D-Connecticut, issued the following news release on June 13, 2022:
Governor Ned Lamont announced today the launch of Time to Own, a new state program offering down payment assistance to low and moderate-income homebuyers in Connecticut.
Now accepting applications as of today, the program provides a new source of funds for down payment and closing costs for applicants applying to the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority . . .
