On behalf of Innovation Law Lab, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of New Mexico and the law firm of Coyle & Benoit, PLLC today filed a complaint, as well as a motion for a preliminary injunction, with the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, related to a records request seeking to shed light on dangerous conditions . . .
