WASHINGTON, June 14 -- Rep. Robert C. Scott, D-Virginia, chairman of the House Education and Labor Committee, issued the following news release:
Education and Labor Committee Chairman Bobby Scott (VA-03) and Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Frank Pallone, Jr. (NJ-06) sent a letter urging the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to address online marketplaces--including Facebook, eBay, and Amazon--that fail to protect consumers from the fraudulent and deceptive sale of infant formula . . .
