U.S. Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Congressman Hal Rogers (KY-05), Dean of the U.S. House of Representatives, announced today the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) will award $770,669 to the City of Wheelwright for water system improvements.
