CONCORD, New Hampshire, June 11 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - New England Field Office issued the following news release:

The 2022 Vermont maple syrup production totaled a record high 2.55 million gallons, up 46% from the previous year, according to Pam Hird, state statistician of the USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service, New England Field Office. Vermont remains the top producing state in the Nation.
