WASHINGTON, June 11 -- Rep. Elaine Luria, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
Rep. Elaine Luria (D-VA), advanced the Federal Extreme Risk Protection Order Act, commonly known as "red flag laws," to keep guns out of the hands of those who pose a threat to themselves or others by implementing a nationwide extreme risk law and encouraging states to enact extreme risk laws.
