WASHINGTON, June 10 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Chairman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, released the following statement after the Senate confirmed Todd Harper for Chairman of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). He is the first openly gay man to lead a federal financial regulatory agency.
