Yesterday, U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen told U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) that the expansion of the Child Tax Credit was "not a significant factor" and has "utterly nothing to do" with inflation - dispelling recent criticism that the expanded CTC helped fuel it.
