Congressman Tom Cole (OK-04) released the following statement after the U.S. House of Representatives adopted H. Res. 1153, a procedural resolution which included a provision to deem passage of H. Res. 1151, providing for budget allocations. This allowed House Democrats to bypass debate and a separate vote on a just introduced budget for fiscal year 2023.
