WASHINGTON, June 9 -- The House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies issued the following testimony by Nancy Gonzales, owner of Lil' Bears Family Day Care, involving a virtual public witness day hearing on May 26, 2022, on fiscal 2023 appropriations.
