Oregon's U.S. Senators Jeff Merkley and Ron Wyden today joined Senators Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Patty Murray (D-WA) in a letter to President Joe Biden urging him to immediately issue an executive order directing the federal government to develop a national plan to defend Americans' fundamental reproductive rights, including the right to an abortion.
