Representative David McKinley (R-WV) joined U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) to announce $75,636 from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Airport Infrastructure Grant (AIG) program to Grant County, West Virginia.
