WASHINGTON, June 4 -- The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism and Homeland Security issued the following testimony by Rachel E. Barkow, vice dean and professor at the New York University School of Law, involving an oversight hearing on May 19, 2022, on clemency and the Office of the Pardon Attorney.

Barkow is also the faculty director at Zimroth Center on the Administration of Criminal Law.
