WASHINGTON, June 2 -- Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Sens. Mark R. Warner and Tim Kaine (both D-VA) announced $500,000 in federal funding from the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) for Wise County. This funding will go towards an existing project to extend sewer service to 44 households and 13 businesses in the Glamorgan community by constructing 13,640 linear feet of new sewer line.
