CHARLESTON, West Virginia, June 2 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced $4,618,923 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for two Head Start programs in West Virginia.
