PORTLAND, Oregon, June 1 (TNSpol) -- Oregon Wild issued the following news release on May 31, 2022:
A federal judge invalidated a Trump administration decision denying protections to imperiled wolverines under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) (original complaint here). This is the second time a court has rejected a U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service decision to deny protections for wolverines, which number only about 300 in the contiguous U.S. Today's court order immediately reinst . . .
