CONCORD, New Hampshire, May 28 -- The New Hampshire House Republicans issued the following statement:

House Majority Leader Jason Osborne (R-Auburn) released the following statement after the House struck down HB1431, establishing the parental bill of rights, on a vote of 171-176.
