After working on the federal level to champion policies that encourage clean energy investments and job growth, U.S. Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock (D-GA) applauded Qcells'announcement of an expansion of their Dalton facility, which will create an estimated 470 new jobs in Whitfield County. The $171 million investment from Qcells will bring the company's employee total in Georgia . . .
