WASHINGTON, May 25 -- Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Oregon, issued the following news release and letter on May 24, 2022:
U.S. Senator Ron Wyden, D-Ore., and Rep. Anna Eshoo, D-Calif., with 40 members of Congress, called on Google to stop collecting and retaining location information, to prevent extremist prosecutors from using that information to identify people obtaining abortions, in a letter sent today.
