Today Reps. Brad Wenstrup, D.P.M. (R-Ohio) and Tom O'Halleran (D-Ariz.) and U.S. Sens. Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) and John Boozman (R-Ark.) introduced bipartisan legislation to expand access and training to life-saving bleeding control kits in communities and public gathering places.
