WASHINGTON, May 20 -- Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced $14,897,047 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for four Head Start programs across West Virginia.
