WASHINGTON, May 19 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the following joint statement by Commissioner Allison Clements and Chairman Richard Glick on a decision (Docket No. CP21-197-000) involving Kern River Gas Transmission Co., Salt Lake City, Utah:
