WASHINGTON, May 19 -- Rep. Jared Golden, D-Maine, issued the following news release on May 18, 2022:
Congressman Jared Golden (D-ME) today shared that the Department of Transportation's Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) awarded over 2.6 million dollars in infrastructure funding for six airports in Maine's Second District. The congressman helped pass the funding through the House earlier this year through the omnibus spending bill and it was signed into law in March.
