WASHINGTON, May 19 -- Rep. Abigail Spanberger, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
After being pressed by U.S. Representative Abigail Spanberger to invoke the Defense Production Act (DPA), the White House tonight announced that it will invoke the Act in response to the nationwide baby formula shortage.
