WASHINGTON, May 11 -- Sen. Chris Van Hollen, D-Maryland, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senate Appropriations Financial Services and General Government Subcommittee Chair Chris Van Hollen and U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business & Entrepreneurship Chair Ben Cardin and (both D-Md.) announced $4 million in congressionally directed spending to support innovation programs at Bowie State University, the oldest Historically Black College and University (HBCU) in Maryland. . . .
