WASHINGTON, May 7 -- Sen. Angus S. King Jr., I-Maine, issued the following news release on May 6, 2022:
U.S. Senators Susan Collins and Angus King today announced that Maine Medical Center is receiving $2,171,014 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to support their tireless efforts to combat COVID-19. The funding will be utilized to provide additional contract tracing, testing, and proactive screening services for the employees of Maine Medical Center.
