BALTIMORE, Maryland, May 6 -- Rep. Kweisi Mfume, D-Maryland, issued the following statement:

Congressman Kweisi Mfume (MD-07) released the following statement after testing positive for COVID-19 this afternoon.

"I tested positive for COVID-19 today, and fortunately, I am experiencing no symptoms.

"I am fully vaccinated, boosted, and thankful for the robust protection the vaccine has provided.

"I am quarantining . . .
