WASHINGTON, May 6 -- The Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Subcommittee on Economic Policy issued the following testimony by AFL-CIO Chief Economist William E. Spriggs involving a hybrid hearing on April 26, 2022, entitled "Child Care and Other Policy Tools to Combat Bottlenecks and Inflation".
Spriggs is also an economics professor at Howard University.
