Tennessee Governor Bill Lee announced the appointments of Deputy Governor Butch Eley to also serve as Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) and Jim Bryson to serve as Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration (F&A).
