WASHINGTON, May 5 -- Sen. Susan M. Collins, R-Maine, issued the following news release on May 4, 2022:
U.S. Senator Susan Collins announced today that the Water Resources Development Act of 2022 (WRDA) includes a provision she championed authorizing $45 million for a permanent solution to the severe, ongoing erosion at Camp Ellis. The bill passed the Environment and Public Works Committee by a vote of 20-0 and now must be voted on by the full Senate.
