JUNEAU, Alaska, May 4 -- Alaska Attorney General Treg R. Taylor issued the following news release:
Attorney General Treg Taylor announced a settlement in a consumer protection case brought against a used car dealership, Anchorage Auto Mart, LLC ("AAM"). The court approved settlement requires AAM to pay civil penalties of $35,000, to pay $60,000 toward a restitution fund which will be administered by the Court, and to cease from engaging in unfair and deceptive trade practi . . .
