WASHINGTON, May 4 -- Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kansas, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. issued the following statement after a draft opinion was leaked showing the U.S. Supreme Court is set to overturn Roe v. Wade:
"This is an egregious attack on the institution of the Supreme Court. For someone to leak this document and the press to be complicit in the leak undermines the legitimacy of the Supreme Court," said Senator Marshall . . .
