Congressman John Sarbanes (D-Md.) today released the following statement in response to media reports of a leaked draft Supreme Court opinion indicating the Court plans to overturn Roe v. Wade.
"If the extremist Supreme Court majority overturns Roe v. Wade, its decision would end nearly 50 years of precedent guaranteeing the constitutional right . . .
