WASHINGTON, May 3 -- The Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee issued the following testimony by David R. Gaugh, senior vice president for sciences and regulatory affairs at the Association for Accessible Medicines, involving a hearing on April 5, 2022, entitled "FDA User Fee Agreements: Advancing Medical Product Regulation and Innovation for the Benefit of Patients".
