LORAIN, Ohio, May 3 -- Rep. Tim Ryan, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:
U.S. Representative Tim Ryan (D-OH-13) joined U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH), U.S. Representative Marcy Kaptur (D-OH-9), Ohio labor leaders and employees, and representatives from Bartlett Maritime Corporation to support efforts to build a submarine service facility in Lorain and repair facility in Lordstown.
