Late last night, thanks to the bipartisan leadership of Governor Laura Kelly, the Kansas state legislature passed a bill to phase out the 6.5% food sales tax over the next three years. Meanwhile, Derek Schmidt continues to mislead Kansas voters on the truth regarding his own record on the food sales tax.
