WASHINGTON, April 28 -- Rep. David McKinley, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Congressman David B. McKinley, P.E. (W.Va.-01) and U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), and Joe Manchin III (D-W.Va.) sent a letter to the U.S. Department of the Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, requesting swift approval of the Interchange Justification Report for the proposed Harmony Grove Interchange in Morgantown.
