New Jersey American Water Invests $700,000 in Ocean City Infrastructure

CAMDEN, New Jersey, April 27 -- New Jersey American Water, a water and wastewater company, issued the following news release:

New Jersey American Water will replace approximately 2,800 feet of aging water main in Ocean City starting this month. The company will upgrade the aging 12-inch concrete water lines that were installed in the 1960s with new 12-inch PVC main along Bay Avenue from 52nd Street to 55th Street.

The project also includes replacing three fire hydrants . . .
