Congressman Robert C. "Bobby" Scott (VA-03), the Chairman of the House Committee on Education and Labor, received the 2021 Legislator of the Year Award from the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers. Chairman Scott was presented the award at the Boilermakers' Annual Legislative Education Action Program (LEAP) Conference.
