CHARLESTON, West Virginia, April 23 -- Gov. Jim Justice, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on April 22, 2022:
Gov. Jim Justice announced today that the West Virginia National Guard (WVNG) will aid Ukraine by providing armored personnel carriers for use against continued Russian aggression.
