WASHINGTON, April 23 -- Rep. Ted Budd, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) has joined over 50 House members to submit an amicus brief in support of the Title 42 injunction lawsuit filed by the Louisiana, Arizona, and Missouri Attorneys General.
The brief was led by Reps. Jodey Arrington (R-TX) and Mike Johnson (R-LA).
Rep. Budd said in a statement:
"There is no doubt that ending of Title 42 will cause . . .
