ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, April 22 -- Lt. Gov. Boyd Rutherford, R-Maryland, issued the following news release on April 21, 2022:
Lt. Governor Boyd K. Rutherford today celebrated a major milestone for mental and behavioral health services as the Interstate Counseling Compact is officially enacted in 10 states, including Maryland.
