WASHINGTON, April 19 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, chairman of the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee, issued the following statement at an April 6, 2022, confirmation hearing.
The nominees are Ventris C. Gibson to be director of the U.S. Mint, and Paul M. Rosen to be assistant secretary of the Treasury for investment security.
