NASHVILLE, Tennessee, April 14 -- The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation issued the following news on April 13, 2022:
Officials from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) today celebrated the delisting of Cumberland sandwort (Minuartia cumberlandensis), a plant found only on the Cumberland Plateau, from the federal list of endangered species.
