OTTAWA, Ohio, April 14 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:
U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) joined local government and Whirlpool leaders at a groundbreaking ceremony for a new expansion at Whirlpool's Ottawa facility. In November, the company announced a more than $65 million investment in a multi-year project at this facility that will create more than 100 new jobs and expand production. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.< . . .
