U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) joined Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) and ten of their Republican colleagues in introducing the Real Emergencies Act to clarify that President Biden does not have the authority to declare a national emergency on the premise of climate change.
