WASHINGTON, April 8 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the following statement by Commissioner James Danly on a decision (Docket No. CP21-57-000) involving Mountain Valley Pipeline LLC, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania:
