LANSING, Michigan, April 12 -- The Michigan Democratic Party issued the following news release on April 11, 2022:
"We are once again truly disappointed by the actions of the former Secretary of State, Senator Ruth Johnson who today took the bold step of endorsing Kristina Karamo.
"Apparently she wants a Secretary of State who will allow her to continue to attempt to destroy democracy by suppressing the vote and take "off the deep end dives" into unwa . . .
