WASHINGTON, April 6 -- Rep. Robert C. Scott, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-09), a member of the tax-writing House Ways and Means Committee, introduced the Offshore Wind American Manufacturing Act, transformational legislation that will use the U.S. tax code to grow offshore wind energy through new investment and production tax credits. These credits will strengthen jobs in domestic manufacturing and facilitate expansion of offshore . . .
